Simon Marsh has been closely involved in logistics and technology since finishing school, founding a European transport company that embraced innovation from the outset. As early as 1998, the company began developing telematics solutions, initially serving the secure transport sector. Over the years, it handled the movement of billions of pounds worth of mobile phones, leveraging advanced tracking systems with remote locking and immobilisation features. In the early 2000s, Simon led the development of the first online temperature-controlled telematics for the biopharmaceutical industry. The company was acquired in 2010 and is now part of a Fortune 500 top 10 corporation.

While running the logistics business, Simon started installing vehicle cameras in 2006, prompted by two serious road traffic incidents. This experience led to the co-founding of SmartWitness in 2009 (now part of Xirgo), and later, the launch of VisionTrack in 2015. Building on decades of experience, Simon went on to establish FleetSafe.Ai with a clear mission: to simplify the complexity of fleet safety and risk management through intelligent, connected technologies—all delivered via a single, unified platform.

Nick is a respected industry subject matter expert and founder of several vehicle telematics businesses.

With a strong background in insurance and safety, Nick possess the expertise needed to design, implement, and manage video telematics systems, as well as safety and fatigue/distraction driver programs for fleets of all sizes.

These programs also cater to insurers, captives, specialist programs, and Risk Retention Groups (RRGs).

With three decades of dedicated experience in aftermarket automotive safety, security, and pedestrian detection systems, Dean is passionate about making roads safer for everyone.

His extensive background spans the development and implementation of cuttingedge safety systems that integrate seamlessly into existing vehicles. A firm believer in innovation, he continually seeks out the latest technologies and trends to enhance driver awareness and protection.

With 20 years of extensive experience in telematics systems design, development, and implementation, Matt leverages deep expertise to drive innovation and strategic vision.

His approach focuses on creating comprehensive roadmaps for product development and system design, translating visionary concepts into competitive advantages. He has successfully launched multiple start-ups within the telematics sector, including one that culminated in a successful exit.
