Simon Marsh has been closely involved in logistics and technology since finishing school, founding a European transport company that embraced innovation from the outset. As early as 1998, the company began developing telematics solutions, initially serving the secure transport sector. Over the years, it handled the movement of billions of pounds worth of mobile phones, leveraging advanced tracking systems with remote locking and immobilisation features. In the early 2000s, Simon led the development of the first online temperature-controlled telematics for the biopharmaceutical industry. The company was acquired in 2010 and is now part of a Fortune 500 top 10 corporation.

While running the logistics business, Simon started installing vehicle cameras in 2006, prompted by two serious road traffic incidents. This experience led to the co-founding of SmartWitness in 2009 (now part of Xirgo), and later, the launch of VisionTrack in 2015. Building on decades of experience, Simon went on to establish FleetSafe.Ai with a clear mission: to simplify the complexity of fleet safety and risk management through intelligent, connected technologies—all delivered via a single, unified platform.

With 20 years of extensive experience in telematics systems design, development, and implementation, Matt leverages deep expertise to drive innovation and strategic vision.

His approach focuses on creating comprehensive roadmaps for product development and system design, translating visionary concepts into competitive advantages. He has successfully launched multiple start-ups within the telematics sector, including one that culminated in a successful exit.

Bringing more than two decades of experience in accident management and fleet risk reduction. Jamie is the founder of sopp+sopp and is well known for delivering accident management programmes built around close customer collaboration and long-term partnerships.

Over the past 20+ years, Jamie has led major fleet projects across the UK and Europe, including work with large retail fleets and high-performance motorsport teams. His focus has consistently been on reducing incident frequency, improving post-collision processes and providing safety improvements in demanding work environments.

With more than 20 years’ experience across automotive, transport and fleet technology. His career has centred on building and leading sales teams delivering SaaS-based fleet management, telematics and driver safety solutions in complex, regulated environments. Much of his work has involved supporting fleet operators as they move towards data-led approaches to safety, compliance and operational efficiency.

Jason has worked across fleet maintenance, risk management and digital system integration, helping organisations reduce manual workload and improve decision-making at scale. He has also advised vehicle leasing and automotive businesses on how technology can be applied pragmatically to deliver measurable safety and operational outcomes.

With a proven track record in fleet technology, telematics and transport operations, Joshua is a commercially driven sales leader focused on delivering measurable growth in complex, safety-critical environments. He specialises in scaling revenue functions and turning operational challenges into clear commercial opportunities.

Previously a top-performing Business Development Executive in the telematics sector, Joshua became the company’s highest-performing salesperson in his first year, contributing to its most successful year to date. His consultative, results-focused approach consistently delivers tangible improvements in safety, compliance and operational efficiency for fleet and logistics operators.
