FL Global Holdings Ltd is a UK-based fleet technology group operating two distinct brands: FleetSafe.AI and FleetFusion.AI. Together, they provide a comprehensive, end-to-end technology ecosystem for fleet operators – from real-time video safety through to full compliance management and third-party integration.
We are at an early and exciting stage of our journey. We are building FL Global not only as a commercially successful group, but as a company that measures its success by the positive change it creates – for our clients, the communities they serve, and the environment we all share.
Video Telematics
FleetSafe.AI is our video telematics brand, combining purpose-built hardware with bespoke software to deliver intelligent, camera-based safety solutions for commercial fleets. FleetSafe gives fleet operators real-time visibility of driver behaviour and incidents – reducing risk, protecting drivers, and lowering insurance exposure.

Compliance Platform

FleetFusion acts as a central hub, capable of pulling in FleetSafe video data alongside third-party systems to provide a complete operational and compliance picture.

Technology as a Force for Cleaner Roads
The UK’s commercial fleet sector is one of the largest contributors to road transport emissions. We believe that better data is the fastest route to a lower-emission fleet – and that is exactly what our two brands are built to deliver.
FleetSafe.AI
Provides real-time video intelligence that identifies dangerous or inefficient driving behaviour – harsh braking, excessive idling, aggressive acceleration – giving fleet managers the evidence to coach drivers and directly reduce fuel consumption and emissions.
FleetFusion.AI
Brings compliance data together in one place, enabling operators to right-size their fleet, plan preventative maintenance, and build the evidence-based case for transitioning to electric and low-emission vehicles. Video data from FleetSafe feeds directly into FleetFusion via API, giving a complete picture.
Our ambition is to be a net zero business by 2035 and to have measurably reduced our clients’ collective fleet emissions by the same date.

Select and maintain hosting and infrastructure partners that meet recognised green energy and net zero standards across both FleetSafe.AI and FleetFusion.AI platforms.
EV Transition Support
Develop dedicated features within FleetFusion.AI to help clients build the business case for EV transition, informed by real-world driving data from FleetSafe.AI.
Diverse and Inclusive Hiring
Adopt structured, bias-aware hiring practices from day one across the FL Global group, and track diversity metrics as both teams grow.
Ethical Supply Chain
Require all significant suppliers and hardware partners – including FleetSafe.AI device manufacturers – to demonstrate alignment with our sustainability and ethical trading values.
We are at the beginning of our story. But the direction is clear – every fleet we make smarter and safer is a fleet that does less harm. That matters to us more than anything.

Sustainability commitments are only meaningful when backed by genuine accountability. At FL Global Holdings, responsibility for our sustainability agenda sits at board level across both FleetSafe.AI and FleetFusion.AI, ensuring environmental and social considerations inform every significant decision.
We are committed to full compliance with all relevant UK legislation, including the Modern Slavery Act 2015, the Equality Act 2010, the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, and all applicable data protection legislation under UK GDPR – covering both our software platforms and our hardware supply chain.
As the group grows, we will seek external accreditations, including B Corp certification, to provide independent verification of our commitments across both brands.
This statement is reviewed annually by the FL Global Holdings board and applies to all trading entities within the group. We welcome questions, challenges, and feedback from clients, partners, and the public.
